Returns

Please email us at daniellestylesboutique@outlook.com for any exchanges and details on how you can exchange will be given. Items must be returned & received to us within 7 days of signing for your order so please bare this in mind when receiving and emailing.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges only.

Please only send your return via Royal Mail.

We do not cover the return postage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are sent using signed for/tracked delivery. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged returns. 

Late returns will not be accepted & the customer will be responsible for covering any delivery charges to return the parcel to them. 

Collection orders are exchange only within 7 days of collecting your item(s).

Sale items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

Due to hygiene, jewellery and hair pieces are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

Any swimwear must have the hygiene label attached and will not be accepted for a return or exchange if the labels is removed.

ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF:

• The item has the original tags attached, it must be unworn and have no marks/stains / smells (make up, deodorant, fake tan, smoke etc.)
• No catches or damage on the item
• It is Danielle’s discretion and if any items don’t match the original condition sent in then your exchange will be refused
